Unbeatable Location
Enjoy morning walks to boutique cafés, artisan bakeries, and neighborhood restaurants—all within a few blocks. Downtown Ballard’s vibrant dining, shopping, and waterfront scene is a pleasant 30-minute stroll away. Golden Gardens Beach is a 15-minute walk away via a neighborhood path and nature trail that includes a downhill stairway for the adventurous. Returning takes about 20 minutes uphill or a longer, gentler route through the neighborhood. Sunset Hill Park is a leisurely 15-minute walk (no hills or stairs) for beautiful views of the Puget Sound and Olympic Mountains, especially at sunset!

To preserve the tranquil environment, we maintain quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM and do not allow parties or events.
Smoking and vaping are prohibited anywhere on the property and guest suite.
Registered overnight guests only (maximum of 5).
